By engaging on regular and short-term basis, Grisel works with clients to design and implement continuous improvement projects. This service is designed to help clients build their own capability to monitor, improve, renew and innovate their processes. This approach promises long-lasting results, processes that are future-proof, and aligned with corporate policies and strategy.
These improvement projects can take different forms, depending on the scope of works and the availability of resources. The approach to these projects is characterised by:
An initial discussion with the client to define scope of works, identify priorities, define objectives, and establish the client team assigned to the project
Regular ‘client days’ (weekly or fortnightly), at a flat consultancy rate, aimed to guide and advance the project
Training sessions designed to equip the client working team with the tools to develop process maps, and apply techniques and methodologies for process analysis and improvements
Workshop sessions aimed to identify and analyse key process, and establish its success measures
Workshop sessions aimed to discuss process key findings and brainstorm ideas for improvements
Working sessions aimed to define the improved processes and the implementation plan to enable the change measures
Final working sessions to establish a continuous process improvement plan to ensure processes remain fit and healthy.
